whats up everybody.I am new to this whole nutrition change and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this sounds like a good starting point.
weight 264 lbs. goal weight 220 lbs.
calorie intake 2200
880 protein cal
990 fat cal
330 carb cal
my goal is to lose weight and gain muscle mass.
I'd appreciate any tips.
