whats up guys I am new to this website and the forums and I have just started lifting. my question is if my calorie intake is good enough to lose weight and still build muscle mass these are my stats.
264 lbs
5'11
bmi:36.82
goal 220 lbs
total cal intake 2200 calories
880 protein cal
990 fat cal
330 carb cal

I know I have a long way to go so any advise would be greatly appreciated.
