View Full Version : Suggestions for meal plan for maximum growth...

I'm quite new to taking weight lifting seriously, but it is something that I truly enjoy. I am 160 pounds (20 pounds pounds heavier than a year ago, 5'7", can lift 170 pounds on bench, 250 on squats, and 255 on deads (3 sets of 5 reps, except for deads which I only lift for five reps in total.) I am currently using the starting strength routine. My goals are simply to be as strong as is possible for someone of my build and body type no matter how it takes me.

I've read many threads on this site and have wondered what would be an ideal meal plan for someone my size. I am on Creatine and Isoflex (if that is of any importance.)

Now that I have wheels I can for sure start on a meal plan as I can get the ingredients at any time. It's my understanding that somewhere within the 2800-3000 cal/day range is ideal. All suggestions/links would be greatly appreciated, thanks everyone!
