Ok, So I decided to keep this journal to help me be accountable.......so this is what I did today.

Shoulders:
Front Dumbbell Raises--4x 20,12,10,8
Seated Lateral Raises--4x 20,14,12,10


Calves:
Reverse Calf Raise--4x 20,16,16,16

Cardio:
30 minutes......

I've been working out for about 2 weeks, been fantastic so far. I have alot to learn, but I am looking forward to it. :)

Just cardio today.....30 minutes....oh yeah.....I gotta clean.....ugh! :(.....oh well...

Todays Workout:

Deadlifts~ 20,12,10,8

Close Grip Chins~ 12,10,8

Seated Dumbbell Wrist Curls~ 16,14,14

Twisting Crunches~ 15,15,15

Twisting Hanging Leg Raises~ 15,15,15

Bent Over Twists~ 15,15,15


30 minutes of cardio.......


Thinking of going the ckd route, but i'm still undecided.

Ok i'm not doing ckd i'm losing about 1.5 pounds of fat a week and if it isn't broke don't fix it. Maybe later when I am more advanced I could do something like that.
