Been lifting on and off (nothing serious) for the past 2-3 years. Started starting strength 1-2months ago but started on a cut. After I just didn't seem to be going anywhere about a week ago, I decided it was time for a bulk. So now I wanted to get some pics recorded before I went into it, and hopefully after a while I can post some before and afters.

15 years old, 5'10" (?), and 149lb as of a couple of weeks ago. Haven't gotten a chance to weigh myself accurately (my scale sucks) since then. I'm probably one of the youngest people on this forum. I believe I started in July of this year which was a few weeks before my 15th birthday.

And like always, I'm open for people to guess my BF%. I was thinking around 15%? Not the best at guessing though, so I'm curious to see what you guys think, I've never had the doc test it.

I don't know about others, but as kid my age, it's hard to find pictures to compare yourself to, which is another reason I decided to post these up.

If I could manage to keep myself on a clean diet, and I could probably manage to get rid of some of that fat, but I don't have the dedication at the moment. I love crappy food.

Looking great. You're built like me except I'm 100 pounds heavier. Lol. Good luck.

I would think you're around 18%, but that's because you don't have a lot of muscle mass.

Yeah, I've started eating more heavily (still not as clean as I wish I could force myself to though), so hopefully that combined with SS will help me pack some on. Actually for my age and size, I look fairly good. I still have plenty of room to grow though, which I hope to accomplish.

Something that's bothered me in the past is no matter how much weight I gain or lose, or how much heavier my lifts get, I always seem to look the same.

And I don't feel like the pictures quite do me justice. ;) The lighting and angles just aren't great, but they work.

I got another picture, this one shows off my arms a little more.

I've always hated my abs, chest, and biceps.

Is it just me or does the above picture look weird, your arms look really really long which is obviously just due to the camera angle.

Good job know and good luck youve got a good base to start from especially for your age, I was a matchstick when i was your age lol.

They do kind of now that you mention it... but it's just the picture. Arms are completely normal.

I know I've seen a lot of pictures of some of the people on here over the years, and some of them started off much skinnier than me, and it's amazing to look at them now.

It looks like you have Huge arms! when you build some big traps, deltoids and a chest you are going to be scary! i'm going by the first pic when i say this

What is the size of your arms, maybe its just me but your arms look mega to me lol

Looks as though you could go far and well if you dieted and stuck to SS for a while

Lol thanks, that's the kind of stuff that makes me happy to hear!

Actually my biceps are 13.5" (about, since I'm right handed it's a tad bigger than my left), and my forearms are about 11".

Actually my traps look alright, and my shoulders are one of my best parts, I just didn't do any pictures to show them off. My chest I definately agree isn't great. I've always felt that my chest, calves, and biceps have all always been my weak points (abs too, but that's because I'm not dedicated enough to diet off the fat). I figure as long as I keep at it, and since I'm eating to bulk now, things will even out some.
