Hi, please make comments and suggestions on my diet.
I cannot east beef, fish, and eggs. (for now)

1 banana, 3 milk, 3 scoop nesquik
cals: 650

(7AM)
pasta and beans
cals: 450

(9AM)
2 oatmeal packets + 1 milk
cals: 490

(12PM)
1 milk, 2tbsp peanut butter, 2 brown bread
cals: 531

(3PM)
pasta and beans
cals: 450

(6PM)
chicken legs, baked
cals: 200

(9PM)
pasta and beans
cals: 450

(before sleeping)
2 milk

What are your stats (height, weight, bodyfat, etc) and goals? What are the macro percentages of your diet there? It seems to be lacking in protein.

Hmmm... Well, i'm not an expert but it looks pretty good. Maybe try some Cottage Cheese before bed, it has a lot of protein. Maybe some Tuna before you lift too..

I really dont know much so this is basically bumping it for ya :)

Turkey too, you can eat that fast and quick. Get some wheat bread and get some turkey.. Or Balony...

Eat some veggies too

Jeez...you really need to add some chicken breasts to that diet.

Since you apparently can eat dairy, I will suggest that you either drink a lot more milk or put some dough into a good whey protein powder.

hey, thats right, i do need protein.

is chicken balony okay?
chicken burgers?
they have a lot of fat, maybe 15-18grams per serving, but i think a little fat wont hurt me as I dont have much fat in my diet.

I gotta calculate my macro.

Just curious why you can't eat beef, fish, or eggs?

Get some protein bars/shakes. Drink lots of milk. Eat a lot of chicken.
