I was 260+ in these 2 pics back in the winter.... probably around January

My training is never consistant though and I feel I should have made way better progress in that time frame. I did a lot of cardio, but hardly lifted. Kept an okay diet.
So that's what I did in 9 months. I'm hoping to get down to 200 in the next 2-3 months, then down to 180 hopefully by next spring. After that, I hope I'm lean enough to bulk up.
