HMB, Arginine and Glutamine.
What are your thoughts on that mixture for weight loss, and muscle retention. I have used it in the past to help build muscle and retain it. I guess that's called catabolism? whereas anabolism is building, catabolism is losing?

Have you got your diet and training regimen sorted? If not, work those out first then worry about supplements.

HMB - ehh...
Arginine - are you serious?
Glutamine - again...really?

HMB has been shown to help with recovery and reducing DOMS. It doesn't have much to do with 'cutting'.

The other two are worthless, especially the arginine.

Catabolism is the breaking down of tissue. Catabolism of muscle is bad and something you want to avoid.

Your choices suck.
