Here is my fitday log that ive been following since mid July.. just today I added 2 extra tbsp of peanut butter for extra calories, because im not gaining weight as quickly as before. Tell me what you think. http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJournals.html?Owner=Girn26 I realize I have a ton of carbs but its hard to cut down without having to buy protein heavy foods (fish, etc) and i cant afford to buy a can of tuna everyday so this will have to do.
