buffalo bar vs. bow bar

I was today looking at both IronMind and also West Side, at their equipment pages. IronMind has a Buffalo bar, and West Side has a 'Bow Bar'. They look like they are the same item, except for the price is considerably lower at West Side.

What does anyone know about this?

I'm pretty sure Westside's site even says that the bow bar is the same as the buffalo bar.
