What one is the better option for building lean muscle mass on a bulk? What type of milk do you drink?

It's been suggested that the fat in milk is positively linked to brain development in children. I'm too lazy to link a study, but they are out there.
I would say depending on your macros adjust accordingly. You need to get your fat somewhere, right?
BTW: Chocolate milk made with whole milk is one of the most glorious things on the planet.
