Im sure for the most part it is, but all the talk about mercury has me a little concerned. Im Vegetarian, but I think I might add in some tuna or salmon and such into my diet. I just dont know how often I should eat it.

i go on cycles of canned tuna where ill eat 2-3 cans a day for upto two weeks. I'm not crazy yet. i also eat salmon burgers and talapia.

Yes, fish is completely safe. The chances of getting ill from mercury poisoning from seafood is insignificantly small.

I was just raised that way. I still wont eat red meat, but I think taking advantage of the protein and fats in fish would be a good idea.
