I've been looking for an easy-to-swallow fish oil for my girlfriend with no luck. Yes, I'm sure there's a joke in there about my girlfriend and swallowing, ha ha, but seriously, if someone can recommend a brand, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if this question sounds stupid but do you mean fish oil in liquid form or softgel capsules?

It doesn't sound stupid, I should have clarified. Looking for a softgel capsule. I have seen some after searches on the internet, but the companies and websites look questionable.

This is what I buy: http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-Fish-Oil-EPA-360-mg-DHA-240-mg

I think they are easy to swallow. I take 1 2000 mg softgel capsule twice a day.

I bought Glucosamine and Chondroitin from the same brand, Nutraceutical Sciences Institute (NSI), when I injured my knee and it worked.

Fish Oil only comes in softgel, which despite being slightly larger than capsules are generally quite easy to swallow.

If she is not able to swallow pills there are plenty of liquid fish oils available. I recently tried the arctic cod liver oil from Nordic Naturals (orange flavor) and it actually tasted pretty good, no aftertaste either. This will be more expensive than softgels but fish oil is a worthwhile supplement.
