Hey guys, I joined a few months ago, and just been kind of sitting back and reading.....
I am now on a serious diet, and just started working out again 3 weeks ago....
I use to workout a little after high school, but haven't worked out in 3 years..
Here are some pics of me now, and I will be updating this thread with progress pics as I go....

I am 6'2"
270lbs
My goals: I would like to get down to around 240ish in weight, just depends on my build.....I primarily want to bulk, and be benching over 300 by next summer.....
Not sure what my max is in anything right now....I'll max first of next week....
