Okay ... So i promised myself i would make a journal and stay dedicated to it so here this goes

Weight 148.6 Lbs
Body Fat %: im guessing 10% ... Im going to have it done as soon as possible.
Rested Chest: 40.5''
Sholders: 48''
Waist: 30'' (Just Below Bellybutton
Rested Right Arm : 12 1/3"
Rested Left Arm: 12 1/3"
Flexed Right Arm: 13 1/2''
Flexed Left Arm: 13 1/2''

(YESTERDAY)
Woke up

-6 Scrambled eggs / English Muffin with Peanut Butter and Cinnamon and a cup of orange juice

-2 Corndogs

-Bowl of TacoSoup (Kidney beans, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Olives, Corn, Hamburger, Seasoned with Johnny's and Pepper, And a pinch of shredded Cheese)

- Smoked Sausage with Ketchup

Lifted

- 2 Servings of Chocolate milk and 10g protien bar

and got about 10 hours of sleep


Yesterdays Lifting was Chest Day:

BenchPress: 185x8 185x8 195x6
Incline: 135x8 155x8
Decline: 185x8 205x6
Cable Fly 40x6 50x6
Situps 10reps
LegLifts 10reps
Obliques 10reps each side
Lower back raise 10reps

All around today i feel good .. my chest is sore but its the perfect sore.

Today.... Back Day .... Wooo

Nice playa!! by tomorrow is back day you mean today? Cuz thats what we're doing today. I feel sore too, but like you said its the perfect sore ha!

Good luck, already at a great start with a solid and hard physique - just keep getting into the gym regularly.

So Yesterday was back day
Didnt lift crazy hard ... most of the exercises were hit one after another with light weight
only took us about a half hour to get it done

Deadlift 195x6 195x6
Lat Pull Down 110x8 120x8 110x8
Wide Row 100x8 110x8
Bentover Row 65x8 65x8
Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown 110x6 110x6
Straight Arm Pulldown ?x6 ?x6

I know i could get more carbs in throughout the day
but Meal wise yesterday went something like this..


-6Scrambled eggs, and english muffin with peanutbutter and a cup of orange juice

Had a Bowl of Taco Soup and a Glass of milk (see first post for ingredients)

Smoked Sausage with Ketchup and a Yogurt (Weird combo i know)

2 servings of ham by itself

Lifted

Another serving of ham (shoulda got more protien in but wasnt motivated to cook)

Then 12 Hours of Sleep

Today ..> Shoulders :evillaugh:

Ive Missed a few days of posting..... so i need to catch up

Thursday was suppose to be leg day ... but my ride never made it back :tuttut: so i missed gym day that day :confused:....

Friday i did Tri's and Bi's .... i didnt note down any of my lifts so sad to say ... i cant write it down

the food that i ate from friday to sunday probably could have been consumed all in one day. i need to just eat eat eat but lately i just havnt had the focus of .. well just eating.

Yesterday was Chest Day:
i was feeling weak because of the lack of food but nevertheless
i wanted to check my max on bench

145x10 235x1 255x1 255 went up smooth . i felt like i could have got 260 but we'll see next time :) ( 15lb Increase on bench woo)

so that made my day a little better

Bench 195x8 205x6
Incline 155x6 155x6
Decline 195x8 195x6
Cable Fly 95x8 110x8

So my last set of incline bench My left shoulder did this weird pop/ dislocating feel at the very top of my lift and my left arm felt like it had lost some strength/power... it has a weird feel to it today. kind of like a slight aching-- i should probably take it light .. maybe throw some ice on it
