I don't think i'm eating enough calories, I should be getting atleast 1800. I eat six smalls meals a day, but at the end of the day my total usually only comes to about 1200-1400. Here's today:
Breakfast~ 1 cup non-fat blueberry yogurt and 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
Snack~ Protein shake(about 37 calories) and a banana
Lunch~ Chicken sandwhich * grilled Chicken on two thin slices of wheat bread with lettuce and tomato( no mayo or anything)
Snack~ Protein shake with an apple
Dinner~ Tuna salad with lettuce and tomato and one thin slice of wheat bread
Snack~ Protein shake a handful of walnuts and a few strawberries
Do you see anything wrong with this?? If so, what should I add or throw out?? Does it look ok?? Is my calorie fear just an illusion created by too many Shape mags?? *lol* I'm working on dropping some serious bodyfat here. Any help is apreciated.
