Pardon the corny title for any Radiohead fans, but I couldn't resist.

Starting the journey from tall & skinny to beast. The plan is to use SS to start off. First day I just went in and did random exercises just to get used to lifting things again. Went low on the weight and focused on good form. Anyways nobody is reading this so I'll stop wasting time.
