could anyone help me plan a good diet for me to add muscle mass to me. im 14 5ft 11 and weigh 9 stone. so far in the morning i drink 1 nurishment drink, then at 11 am i have a bacon roll (this is because of school), then at 1 pm i have what ever the school is serving for dinner witch could be curry, fish rice, chicken etc. then when i get home i have 1 more nurishment drink (this is all with press up weights and sit ups) i then have dinner at 5-7 which is usually pizza, pie and mash, roastetc i then have 1 more nurish ment before doing some more excercise at about 9.30 pm.Are there any major things i can change to increase mucsle mass?
