im supposed to be cutting but on my current diet my weight is stable.

70 grams of oats with just wetting milk
3 full eggs
3 egg whites
multivitamin with 100 % RDA for all
1 gram of vitamin C
100 % RDA of calcium
another 100 % rda dosed vit B complex
