im supposed to be cutting but on my current diet my weight is stable.

heres my diet
meal 1 454 kcals
70 grams of oats with just wetting milk
3 full eggs
3 egg whites
multivitamin with 100 % RDA for all
1 gram of vitamin C
100 % RDA of calcium
another 100 % rda dosed vit B complex

60 grams of brown rice mixed with 130 grams of tuna

I think it looks pretty solid. The only thing I would change would be the bread if you are cutting. Maybe sub in 3-4 oz of sweet potato. You will just have to monitor how your body reacts. If you start dropping fat, don't change your diet untill you aren't. If you don't drop fat, maybe take out a few carbs. Overall it looks good.
