Whats up guys, im real new to the forum, i have done my share of reading/searching, but still have gotten no clear answer, so without hounding me can i please have some help??

Just one question... 4 months ago i was 215 and close to 24% bf at 6 foot tall... now i am 194 at about 19-20% bf and constantly losing weight by hitting the gym hard, i cant count my diet perfectly but it is decent... simply IS IT SMART to take some suppliments to help me lose weight/body fat and build more muscle??? Or should i just wait until i shed some bf% then start the suppliments to build my body???? total newb question but damn my heads about to fall of from reading so many things!!! Thanks ahead of time....flame if needed....

Supplements will help you to reach your goals.

I would include them if you feel that they are necessary (additional lean protein, energy support, strength support, etc.). If there is a specific area where you feel that you would benefit then let me know and we can come up with a customized supplement program.

got my RESULTS in the mail today, it really doesnt taste that bad at all!! only one prob my cap was broken?? maybe in shipping? but it had the orange powder all inside the celifane wrapping...no big deal i just have the top covered with aluminum foil for this bottle....i took my first serving and i tell ya what i did notice a difference my squats seems easier and i could pump them out quicker....
