i currently drink 2 of these a day but i have hit reality on how much sugar is in these things! 60 grams per can. is there a limit on the daily intake of sugar or is 2 of these okay.

What are they? Are they the canned drinks that the old people drink when they can't eat anything?

im drinking them because im 14 its hard for me to get hold of some powder also there cheap but if anyone knows a high street store that sells protein powder let me know.

What does the rest of your diet look like and what are your goals?

My diet is basically 3 of them a day the

10 45 - egg and bacon sandwich

1 o clock- curry and rice , fish and chips , pasta etc

4 o clock- snacks such as:- apple, bannana ,crisps,chocolate etc.

7 o clock-dinner , pizza , pie, roast, fish and potatoes etc.


9 o clock- one more snack such as mentiond before.



my goals are to have 10 percent body fat by cristmas and be 10 stone

You're 14. Stop worrying about getting to 10%bf at 140lbs and be concerned with growing like a normal teenager. Unless you're about 5'3, that goal won't be very impressive anyway. You'll just look like you've got an eating disorder.

Eat and lift.

Why are you eating your first meat at ten? Get another meal in. Get in some good solid foods. You meals look like they have no food in them.

Seriously, whats more important having a six pack right now and stunting your growth or eating more (not too much but definetly more dont ever feel hungry) and reaching your full growth potential? Which isnt just height but your entire body.

yeah, those 'drinks' are made for elderly people who often have no appetite and stop eating enough, causing malnourishment, weight loss, adn that least to illness.

they aren't for healthy 14 year olds looking to add muscle.
