I was sick all week, but I had to get my work in. I'm still trying to just learn/break in my new shirt. It's a lot looser than it was 25lbs ago. It's looser than last week's 3 lbs ago. I soaked the shirt and Rhodes did not pull it down at all. You can't tell, but I did not touch any of the reps. My goal was to touch the third, but I was wiped. I could tell I was off my game because I have a bad habit of letting the weight sit in my hands when I'm spent, instead of squeezing the bar like I'm supposed to. I can tell because I really cocked my wrists way back on the third. Gotta fix that. My feet looked a little happy too after the handoff. I'll get it nailed down. I get to deload next week--SWEET!

That is still some great weight to be moving under the circumstances.

I am sure that once you are feeling better and have more time to work with a properly fitted shirt you will be posting some huge numbers!

Vin,

Lookin' strong man! BTW, what weight are you dropping down to?

Also, is that a Metal shirt? Hows it working for ya?

Thanks a lot. I'm dropping to 285. This way I'll just have a 10 lb. cut foir 275's. I only have about 11 lbs. left to go. Yeah, it's a Metal Ace Bencher. I really like it. To me it feels like it's cut like a denim, but has the strength of a poly. Very adjustable with a good low groove.

Vin

Thanks for taking the time to post/comment on this. I am/was having the same problem when I was at max and tired (my wrist getting cocked back)...now the mystery is solved!
