Check the sig for stats, only change is I weigh 275 now.
Around 20-22% BF

I haven't worked out since June getting a job and all along with school makes it hard.

I'm signing up at the local fitness center its like $20 a month.

I'm a pretty strong guy, it will probably take a month of lifting to get back to my old state.

When I lift I lift hard.

My ideal weight is to be around 230-240 maybe 10-12% BF but I'm not sure how realistic this is.

I'm thinking 250g of protein a day, 250x4 = 1000kcal
150g carbs a day, 150x4 = 600kcal
100g fat a day, 100x9 = 900 kcal

Roughly 2500 calories a day give or take some, will I see significant losses with this and hard workouts mon-fri?

Shooting for 2 pounds a week.

2lbs a week would be a 7000 calorie defecit. If you maintain at 3500 then 2500 calories a day would do that. Will you see that with this diet? Well whats your maintence? We can't tell you but for someone at your size you should lose nicely at 2500 calories.

I would probably up the protein to at least 300 grams also.
