Hey guys,

Over the summer I lost about 20lbs on Xenadrin. I did straight running and now am down to about 165lbs. I havent been running nor focusing on cardio in about 3 months. I have been straight lifting hardcore every day. I was wondering what suppliments you guys might reccomend me taking to loose some pounds while still not loosing much muscle in the process. I realize that I might loose some muscle if I loose weight, but I am willing to sacrifice a little bit. Do I go for Hydroxycut, Xenadrin RFA (again) or what?

I would go for eating less. However if you have to use anything, why not go for the same thing that worked in the past?

you said you are at 165lbs? why would you want to lose anymore weight?

Yeah i am at 165lbs but I am only 5-7. If i was like 6'0'' then 165 would be skinny, but when your my height.

How do you know you would've lost any less weight by just running and not taking the Xenadrin?

Also, you probably shouldn't be lifting everyday, and you need to be sure your daily protein requirement is met.
