Any one used ripped fuel extreme? My friend has a spare 60caps at home and i havent really seen it anywhere, anyone know if its any good?

If they're free, take 'em! If you have to buy them, don't!

Instead of something like Ripped Fuel purchase a bottle of caffeine pills. Take one 30 minutes prior to work out. Drink extra water.

cheers, freeness is the best form of supplement i feel! ill get them tonight and try um out... once there gone i think caffeine pills will be best

i tried ripped fuel a few months back and it felt like my insides were vibrating and it ruined my spllep patterns big time, and this was just after a few days use.

ive been on them since the 25th... F**K what the bottle says. 1 in mrning before workout, 1 bout 2 hrs later.. then 1 early afternoon and then one 4pm latest.. still sleeping good. otherwise i wud be buzzing like nuttin else... 2 at a time not good for me

agreed theyve been binned they were free but not worth feeling like a heart attack or stroke was guna hit me at any moment
