I stopped working out for a while and just got back into it about 6 months ago. I know theres no legs but I didn't think of that when I started taking pics. Heres some comparison pics, any guess at current body fat%?

before:
5'5"
165lbs
deadlift 130lbs
squat uggg, maybe 80?
bench 110lbs

now:
155lbs
deadlift 240lbs
squat 160lbs
bench 176lbs

Great work man, big difference! Bodyfat is hard to tell.. Id say 15+.

you have definitely changed, good work man, id have a guess at 16% only because I'm apparently 15% and i look a little leaner than you

thanks guys, it wasn't easy. I worked my ass off but ate around maintainance, heavy lifting 3-4 times a week, running a lot, HIIT running. My original goal was to get a 6pack but i'm still far from that, now my goal is just to increase my lifts, dont' care as much about being lean enough to get a pack.

Excellent work.
Your shoulders and back have definitely seen some huge improvement, keep at it!
