Ok i'm 19 years old (20 next mont) i'm 5,6" so quite a short guy. I've been doing SS for about 3 days now,was doing it before I went on holiday for a week but stopped and only just started again. I also go jogging and I was boxing for a while but stopped and I am looking to go back thats partly why i'm body building also. I've been hitting the heavy bag at home and things like that still though.
The only thing is I haven't got a bench so this is what i've been doing:
(I've started on 20-30Kg depending on exercise I know thats not exactly high but I find its working me quite well so far).

Routine A
Squat 3x5 (20kg)
Deadlift 1x5 (30kg)
Barbell curls 3x5 (20kg)
Routine B
Squat 3x5 (20kg)
Standing Barbell Overhead Press 3x5 (25kg)
Powerclean 5x3 (30kg)
Week 1:
Monday: Workout A
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Workout B
Thursday: Off
Friday: Workout A
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Week 2:
Monday: Workout B
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Workout A
Thursday: Off
Friday: Workout B
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
