Im new here so please excuse my ignorance.. is it possible to bench 350+ squat 450+ deadlift 500+ without taking any illegal substances? thats my goals and if i can reach it without any drugs, and look lean and muscular then thats great.

Most deffinitely. I think most average people can expect 300/400/500 to be their numbers. However, im pretty sure most people can have more than that by working hard. I have been training for a bit over 5 months now and i am close to a 405 deadlift.

Certainly. I am damn close or over on most of those lifts...without AAS.

Depends on genetics and your size.

Yes, if you are willing to get big enough.

Those numbers are possible. Strength and body composition are largely dependant on your genetics though and so that would be the first factor to look at.

Along with this it does take time to achieve your goals, in some cases a number of years if you are looking for a balance of size, lean muscularity, and strength.

Keep in mind that enhanced athletes in many cases only look great when they are enhanced. Take a look at many retired bodybuilders and you will see some very average looking people.

If you are looking for everything that you described then it will take commitment, patience, hard work, and intelligent programs. Feel free to PM me if you would like to speak more about putting together a long term supplement/diet/training program that will get you there.

I'm not on anything and I can do those numbers. My goals are 405 bench, 600 squat and deadlift, and I think those are attainable without drugs. It just takes smart, consistent, hard work.

According to Stuart McRoberts, 300/400/500 is reachable by most average trainees at about 200 lbs bodyweight, 5'-10" tall, and in lean condition.
