sorry if this is not in the right place, but i have to tell it! lol

well ive been training for almost 18-19 months now...the last 14 or so months actually well and correctly

I just did a max out day for the main four lifts and this is where i was:

Squat: 360
Dead: 465 (actually did 425 x 3 but according to a formula i have it should be about 465 then)
OH Press: 180
Bench: 245


i know my bench sucks ass but i was very happy with my press and deadlifts

Good job. The only thing is you did 425 for deads, not 465. No formula means you did 465. Doing 465 is doing 465.

^^true, but i was using jim wendler's formula for the sake of starting a 5/3/1 program, so i thought i would include this

yeah, formulas/charts aren't very reliable. Just try the 465 dead.
