Powerlifting Seminar with Chad Aiches!
Gorilla Pit has it's first planned Powerlifting Seminar slated for mid January.
Guest instructor will be none other than World Record holder and Elite FTS Athlete Chad Aichs.
For those of you new to the sport or those who have been in the sport but under a rock, here is a quick bio of Chad; Chad is a WPO competitor in the SHW division.
He began training seriously for powerlifting in 1999. In six years, Chad has proven to be one of the strongest lifters in the world. Chad now has an 1173 squat, an 821 bench press and has pulled 755. His best total is 2733 and has a lot left to prove. Chad holds the AWPC world records in all three lifts and holds the WPO three-lift bench press record. Chad currently trains at American Iron Gym in Sparks, Nevada.
We are limiting this seminar to 20 people and registration is $185.00. This will be a 1.5 day seminar and more than worth the coin to learn from one of the greatest powerlifters of all time. Deadline for your spot is 11/30/2009. Ladies, this would make a great Christmas gift for your man!
Check or money order made payable to Gorilla Pit and mailed to 7472 Tyler Blvd. Mentor, OH. 44060. We will also have our paypal account set up on the website this month as well if you want to use that.

I'm not sure what else you are looking for. It's a seminar where you learn from Chad Aichs. He is coming in to my gym and will be teaching technique and tricks of the trade for heavier lifting.

After watching the TeamSupertraing DVDs where Chad explains how he preforms the Bench/Squat, I'd highly reccomend going to this! If I had the oppurtunity it would definately something I'd go to.

You should go for no other reason than to hang out with "The Chad." I got to hang with him for a few days last year at the Olympia. We all know he's a great lifter, but he's very cool and funny as well.
