LOL. yeah just saw it on the news. he's recovering from a cardiac arrest. says it's not diet related. ;)

IMO I always thought that diet was stupid (I hope I don't stir any anger with fellow posters), maybe this will deter people from going on it. Just my $0.02.

His health problems have nothing to do with the diet.

His heart atack was due to a congenital problem, not due to arterial blockage.

he is in his 70's.

he not young.

what was he like in younger life anyway? did he smoke, drink a lot etc? anyway people like edo etc do a more healthy ckd.

mike fixx died yuong, it was not his running that did it. it was another aspect of his lifestyle.
