starting to bulk again, opinions on diet??

just wondering what you guys think i should do for a diet here?? im starting to get a collection of fat around the belt line but other than that i guess youd say im pretty lean??? im probably about 160 to 165 in this picture, i have yet to get a scale that doesnt break on me
