Hi guys,
this is my first post of what hopefully will be many.
My goals are to cut down my body fat % while maintaining muscle mass. Also, a 6 pack by Jan 1.
Here is my diet and bio.
Height: 6'2'' Current Weight: 175lbs Body Fat%: about 13-15% (don't really know)
My diet: about 1500-1900 calories eaten daily. (over 4-5 spaced meals)
Protein: 140-175 grams
Fat: under 30 grams
Carbs: make up the rest
Supplements: Whey, Vitamins, SSL 2 Hardcore (thermogenic, 2 pills a day, 200mg caffeine per pill)
I also workout 3 times a week (lift plus 30min. on elliptical) and play sports another 2 days a week.
