Took a few pics the other day, thought I would compare them to my pics from late march. The 1st pics are from March 19th at 190lbs. I hadn't lifted a weight in a year and a half and it showed.
The 2nd set of pics are from September 29th @ 209.5lbs after 4 months of lifting freeweights preceeded by 2 months of using crappy weight machines(all I had available). All I really did was basic 5x5 or 3x5 full body workouts. Lots of squats, overhead pressing, and pullups.
I do have gyno, I've had it since puberty, so until I put some more mass on my pecs or loose some bodyfat or get surgery, its gonna look like that.
I didn't flex in the first pics, so I know that makes it harder to compare, but I'd like to hear any comments or suggestions anyone would like to make!
