When I first started working out, I was only 165lbs. Of course when I first started, I didn't really have an idea of what I was doing. The more I learned, the more I progressed. I am now at 202lbs roughly and it seems like I am not getting as strong at the same rate and my bench won't go up at all. And...I am not gaining weight. So, should I just increase my calories? Is that the simple solution?

It's possible that your diet is causing the problem, but it could just as well be the amount of rest you're getting or the routine you're on. If you're happy with your weight but are still looking to make strength gains, I'd suggest a deload or possibly changing up your routine, at least before you try upping the calories.

I am getting a good amount of rest and my routine is pretty consistent. I am on the Starting Strength workout that this site has suggested. Should I really switch that up?

How long have you been on SS? Are you sleeping enough? What does your daily diet look like? How much protein?

If you've stopped gaining weight, start eating more. It's really that simple.

If you're really 6'8" and you are stuck at ~200 lbs., you need gain alot more weights, so eat more until you start gaining weight again.
