Marinade fresh salmon filet(s) in a plastic bag with teriyaki.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Slice an orange and lay in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Lay the salmon filet on top and optionally draw a line of honey on the top and spread across evenly.

Take a bunch of fresh brussel sprouts and chop the ends off. Toss with oil and salt and lay on a baking pan.

Bake the salmon and the sprouts for 25 - 28 minutes or so. This will roast the sprouts and make the outer layer brown and or blacken some. I generally think sprouts are not that great but like this they are incredibly good.

Cook some wild rice on the side or maybe another veggie like broccoli (fresh broccoli for 7.5 - 8 minutes in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl filled with water and the chopped fresh broccoli covered).

I eat this once and sometimes twice a week.

Thanks, I've been looking at adding more fish, and especially salmon to my diet.
