These are my before, during, and after pictures. I went from 225lbs down to 166lbs. I started my cut in November 08' and really during the process I finally realized how important a healthy diet is to complete a good physique. I always lifted heavy but I ate like crap and as you can see it showed. So let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

Thanks guys for your feedback. If anybody has any advice where I should go from here it would be greatly appreciated. I was kind of thinking about bulking up to 185 but as you can see from my before pictures I am not quite sure how to do a clean bulk. So any advice on that would be great.

LOOK way better. You don't look like a cow. You look like a sculpted man. Awesome job. I hope my cut goes as well as yours.

Great progress!

I'd say do a slow bulk to 185, just keep eating right and working your cardio, but increase your overall intake. Do you track calories? How tall are you?

--figure out your maintenance calories once you stop cutting
--increase this number of calories by about 3500/ week to begin with
--eat clean! there is a sticky around here about what a bodybuilder eats
--get 1.5-2 g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day
--drink tons of water
--I suggest doing a hi-med-lo carb cycle on your bulk

Thanks for all the feedback guys. Sharkall 2003 I am sure your cut will go just as well, just looking at your big 3 you obviously are dedicated.

Mclaughlin I am 5'8 usually eat 2,000 calories a day I do cardio 3 times a week. Usually riding my mtn bike or recumbent bike, always burn at least 500 calories each time I ride.

Thanks for the advice radioheadhead.

Awesome thanks, I'm about 5'7 and 185 now, but want to cut down, so I'm going to try that out and see how it goes for me, been at about 2500 lately and not much happening. Glad to hear that biking works well for cardio too since I prefer that to running.
