People told me to make a journal so here it is:
I have been working out for months now started over summer. I wasn't experienced at all with anything to do with working out at first. I have learned a lot since then and still have a lot to learn. I Started out at 143 lbs and have gained a small amount of pounds since then. I am in high school and currently working on gaining a good amount of weight and getting muscular. I just started SS this week.

Age: 17
Height: 5ft 8 inches
Weight: 149 lbs
Stage: Bulking

Goals--
Weight: 165lbs
1RM Bench: 205+
Squat and Deadlift more than I weigh
Want to be able to rep out a lot more Pull-ups then usual

Schedule--
Currently doing SS

Workout A:
Squats 3x5
Bench 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Pull-ups 3xMAX

Workout B:
Squats 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Powerclean 5x3
Pull-ups 3xMAX

Started SS doing: (low weight because i just wanted to get the hang of it)
Bench 110
Squat 105
Overhead Press 95
Powerclean 105
Deadlift- 135
