So I just implemented these in my training last Monday, mainly because I wasn't sure how to do them before. I'm here to tell you that I didn't know how weak my rear delts were till I started doing these. For those who aren't doing them START DOING THEM NOW! 30 pound dumbbells are as heavy as I can go but I'll usually stick with 10 pound dumbbells to make sure I have good form, etc. I have been sore as heck for the last several days. I'm gonna do them again today!

I am not familiar with that movement... what is an "H Roll"?

They are an excellent movement. They are great for rotator cuff health.
