Alright so today I decided to start developing my shoulders and I had a few questions

Is it better to lift the weight behind my head

Is it better to lift the weight in front of me

Should I bring it all the way down to my chest? Or what's the proper ROM?

How wide should my hands be, as wide as bench press or maybe closer like a close grip.


Is this good form? Note it's not me.
