hey guys. thanks for all the tips you gave me on routines that will get me big for football. I figured that i should start up a lifting Journal so i can track my progress. Ill have my first posted workout tomorrow. Hope you enjoy.

Thanks tom, doin my first real workout today. lil bit sore from friday but i still should do ok. hope i dont disapoint you.

well today was the start of my long journey to become big for my football season. felt pretty good but was sore from friday.

Parallel Squat:135x5 185x5 205x5 205x5 205x5

Leg Curls:80x10 80x10 90x10

Leg press calf raises:225x30 255x30 300x30

Bench Press:145x5 155x5 155x5 165x5 155x5

Dumbbell Flays: 25x10 25x10 30x10

Overhead Press:125x5 140x5 140x5

Seated Dips:110x10 140x10 155x10

Lat Pulls:120x10 120x10 130x10


Notes: Felt pretty good today. was hard to start out at first because of how sore i was. Made me feel pretty good today that i was workin out with two adults and every lift that they did and i did i always had more weight then them.:evillaugh: Hope i am not that sore because i want a good workout wednesday.

Couldnt workout yesterday. Felt sick...... think i came down with the flu. Not going to be posting up any lifts probably til next week.
