View Full Version : A peice or bread, 1/2 cup rice or a boatload of veggies?

Hey guys just a quick thing here... when i eat more then anything i like feeling full so more times then not i would much rather have a big bowlful of veggies with whatever meat im eating. Example today, 4 hard boiled eggs (2 yolks) and instead of a peice or two of bread i just took a 2-3 handfuls of spinach and mixed it all together with some hummus. I'll most likely do the same thing with tuna or chicken later tonight. I mostly eat veggies in place of rice, bread or potatoes, i eat a lot of and i mostly eat spinach.

Any problems with this?

As long as the macros are the same and your hitting your goals then veggies are probably better then rice/bread. If you have trouble hitting your calories because of how filling they are then readjust.
