It is healthy but I can't finish a loaf of it. It just taste like cardboard to me.

So I stick with 100% whole wheat personally.

Jay Cutler apparently swears by it. I have never seen it in my grocery store, and I never venture to health food stores.

i'm not usually one to plug a product like this but, if you can find Alvarado St. Bakery brand breads... that stuff is really healthy, and actually has a flavor. not only that, their business model is loosely based on socialism, rather than evil capitalism.

I love their products. Much better taste than Ezekiel. Sprouted grain bread sometimes takes a bit of getting used to as far as taste and texture. I usually toast the bread and then you really don't get as much of the cardboard effect.

I had it once before, was really good imo, but you gotta have a taste for that kind of thing. I don't really buy bread though, only on occasions.

Ezekial bread is one of my options for carbs by my diet coach. I started eating it a couple weeks back. Found it in a nearby health food store. I couldn't figure out why it was frozen. I figured out why when it went bad very fast. So I now keep it frozen and pull out slices when needed. I don't mind the taste.
