OK, I dont know what the benefit of baking a Nitrean cake would be, but I think you'd just add some Nitrean into the cake batter???

If you make a cake from scratch use nitrean instead of flour... but thats just a guess.
i dont think subbing flour for nitrean would work out too well.

Something tells me that Genacide didn't really think that one through too well.

Maybe find a "light" angel food type of cake mix and substitute a little of the flour for nitrean. OR get one of those prepared angle food cakes... and use the Nitrean as a frosting, take about 2-4scoops of powder and maybe 1-2oz of water and mix it till its a nice thick paste and pour it over a big peice (or the whole cake). Then top with some blueberries and strawberries...
hmm... thats not bad idea i might try that.
some things to try mixing into the frosting in place of water would be Greek yogurt and/or a little softened low fat cream cheese.
I dont think it would come out too good. I would just eat a regular cake, and wash it down with a nitrean shake instead of milk......
