This is an example of what I've been doing, I squat every 3 days doing 5x5 and do 2 assistance exercises, 1 for quads and 1 for hamstrings, every session.

Sunday:
Squat- 5x5
GM's- 3x8-10 good form, not too heavy
Front squat- 3x8-10 -

Wednesday:
Squat - 5x5 heavier then Sunday
GM's- 3x8-10 good form, not too heavy
Front squat- 3x8-10 -

Saturday:
Squat - 5x5 same as weight Sunday
GM's- 3x8-10 good form, not too heavy
Front squat- 3x8-10 -

Tuesday:
Squat 5x5 same weight as Wednesday
GM's- 3x8-10 good form, not too heavy
Front squat- 3x8-10 - frequent?

Friday:
Squat 5x5 heavier then Tuesday
GM's- 3x8-10 good form, not too heavy
Front squat- 3x8-10 -

Monday:
Squat 5x5 same weight as tuesday
GM's- 3x8-10 good form, not too heavy
Front squat- 3x8-10 -

and so on...

why are you squatting that much? You build strength and mass while you are resting not while you are working out.

That would be way to much work for me to progress. If it has been working for you thats great but i cant see it working forever. I think it will eventually catch up with you and progress will become harder.

Squatting every 3rd day is fine for some people, I would change up the rep scheme though. If you are squatting this often you can use a wide variety of rep ranges.
