View Full Version : Getting In More Protein? {HELP}

Hi guys first of all, I've constructed a shake in order to gain more calories. What do you think of it? Is it too fattening or is it okay?

Total

Calories - 2,410

Fat - 128.3

Carbs - 240.0

Protein - 100.5

Now to the topic question at hand, what else can I eat (FOOD) to add on top of this? I've heard that you're supposed to consume 1.5 x ( Your Weight) of protein. How can I achieve this? I want to do a clean bulk, so don't just throw everything out there if possible lol. My stats are below thanks WBB!

The shake is only fattening if it puts you over your maintence calories by an excessive ammount. Does it fit your diet plan? If it does then go for it.
