Every so often, I'll have the urge to binge. Actually it's more like 3x per week. And it's usually on carbohydrate based foods, and salty ones at that. <coughs> - eg: Pretzels. I'll eat about 3 servings. 300 cal, 69g carb.

I don't see much wrong with them, other than the fact that they are "Enriched Wheat Flour". Wouldn't it be safe to say Pretzels are a good source of carbs?

This is just me not trying to feel so guilty. :)

If yer gonna cheat and eat them, do it after your workout. :) They're not much better than white bread, and are packed with sodium. I guess they're not AWFUL, and since you're trying to bulk anyway I don't see it being a huge problem, but.....

Think about what you're working for, man. :D Get some farkin' willpower.

Or maybe you just need to schedule a cheat day of pretzel eating.....

I am supposed to watch sodium even when I bulk?
Oi. Glad I drank a full (Yes, you read it) gallon of water in about 20 minutes right after the pretzels.

Time to squat. Back in awhile.

Sodium, you dont HAVE to watch sodium unless it is in great amount and u are in contest prep. Sodium isn't half bad as a bodybuilder. IT can be a tool if you learn how to use it. Sodium plays great role in metabolic function and it also helps nutrient transport. you'll decrease muscle cell volume, and decrease the joint fluid lubrication which increasses susceptibility to soft tissue injuries...
i read that in some article that i can't really remember.. whenever i see a good articles, i just collect them into my document folder.. so ^^
