Nitrean and Opitcen Question

Three Questions

1. What are the percentages of Whey/Egg/Casein protein in Nitrean and Opticen?

2. Could I use 1/2 seriving of Maximus as a POW instead of 1 serving of Opitcen.

3. I'm debating switching to a all Casein product before bed instead of Nitrean. Thoughts?
