I am 17, 5'10, 192lbs now. I was 5'10', 165lbs and I was fit and conditioned a year ago until I tore my acl. Well I am still getting problems with my knee so I getting a scope down on the 30th basically I never really worried about eating right or lifting weights because soccer kept me in shape. I am looking for a weightloss program that will allow me to get in muscle mass but loss some fat. I want to have a toned body but huge arms. I have no Idea where to start or what to eat in a workout routine. Can some one please point me in the right direction. I shouldn't be out for surgery for more than three weeks because they will just give me a cortisone shot or have my meniscus stitched back together. I would really like to get started as soon as possible. I also would not like a diet with alot of supplements.
