if you have eggs/whites, wheat bread, peanut butter, cottage cheese to work with..how would you compose a good meal from that?
im 5'10 180 approx 12-13% bf looking to keep size gain some mass, not gain BF etc.

I know just how you feel..
The best I came up with was a ommelette with 5 egg whites, and a yolk and some cheese thrown in.. Then a bowl of oats with some milk to wash it down :)
However, after a while this got soooooo horrible and I was only eating half of the ommellette.. :(
Now I just hard boil 6 eggs.... Eat 3 whole and 3 whites, then have a bowl of oatmeal.. So much easier and quicker..

...and if you add a tbs of pb in your oatmeal it will taste better.Anyway,eat your eggs and especially the yolks.They're anabolic(!) because of the cholesterol they contain.
You could scramble the egg whites and put them between the toasted wheat bread. Kind of like a breakfast sandwich.
